UX Research

We conducted observations of pedestrian behavior as they passed through the swing door, documenting their characteristics and identifying pain points.

Ideation & CFD Calculation

Based on our UX research, we developed two concepts: a short-term concept and a long-term concept. I also conducted CFD calculations to quantify energy loss through the door opening and the potential savings with proper door configuration and accessories.

Due to a confidentiality agreement, I cannot share the concept details or final test results, as this is a highly valuable invention for ASSA ABLOY.
